There is a known issue with uploading 2023 Tax Documents. If you experience an error when uploading documents, please reach out to either John Hopkins (john@prospecttax.com) or Christine (receptionist@prospecttax.com). We are able to ‘apply’ a fix so that uploads can happen!  

In order to improve the user experience, Prospect has upgraded to a new client account system. All documents for year 2020 and beyond will be posted the the brand-new Client Center account. Current clients should have received an email prompting you to register your new account. New clients will be sent a registration link during the onboarding process.
